January 7, 2025 @ 1:00 pm - 1:45 pm Here is the Link for the Relax and Meditate series beginning in January at Kingwood Center Gardens. Hope to see you there. Meditation is a technique to help with mindfulness practice. Drawing on simple breathing and thought exercises, it keeps you grounded in the present and helps you reduce stress. In this class, you’ll use a variety of modalities to aid in mindful meditation and relaxation, such as guided meditation, journaling, singing bowls, breath work, music, percussion instruments, and grounding exercises in nature.
