We are excited to offer our very first Day Retreat on Saturday 23rd November that will focus on Heart Opening and Self Care through Yoga, Cacao Ceremony and healing Sound Bath.Myself, Leminh & Jess are offering a fantastic day retreat packed with so much that will leave you feeling totally amazing!

SCHEDULE:
Cacao Ceremony & Guided Meditation and Reflection:
Cacao is a beautiful, gentle, heart healing medicine that can help bring clarity where we are feeling unclear, focus where we are feeling scattered and clearing where we are stagnated and stuck. You will be guided through a reflective journalling and meditation session.
Yoga Class
The yoga will be slow and gentle and suitable for everyone, whether new to yoga or more experienced. Encouraging you to bring your mind, body and breath into alignment, we will combine classic Hatha and Restorative Yin yoga poses at an easy pace to sooth your nervous system, quieten your busy thoughts and leave your whole body feeling lighter and more relaxed.
Break:
Hot teas, drinks and healthy snacks. A chance too for you to socialise and chat with your fellow retreat participants!
Sound Bath and Reiki Healing
Settling yourself down under a cozy blanket, this part of your retreat expects nothing from you other than for you to relax. You will then be guided on a journey of sounds where healing vibrations from the sacred sounds of ancient, ambient Gongs and harmonic Himalayan Singing Bowls. In the gentle embrace of a sound bath, as you drift on the undulating waves of harmonic frequencies, there enters a synergistic partner—Reiki. This energy healing practice intertwines with the sonic journey, amplifying and directing the bath’s healing potential with a silent yet profound presence.
The frequencies and sensations will help you melt into deep relaxation. Sound Healing is science based using frequency’s, sound waves and energy that resonate within our bodies. But it’s also mixed with a little magic and the unknown. The intention is to shift our vibrating cells back into a natural state of being – of balance, peace and harmony.
Finish
The day comes to an end with warm cups of herbal tea whilst you reminisce on the fantastic afternoon to send you home for the best nights sleep.

What to Bring:
We will provide mats and bolsters and blankets but you are very welcome to bring your own yoga mat and a cushion/blanket for extra support and comfort, a bottle of water and an open mind (experiencing sound is different for everyone and each sound bath can bring a different experience).

Please arrive 15 mins early so that we can book you in and start on time. Please let us know if advance if there are any dietary requirements / allergies. Cancellation Period for this pass is 24hrs, no refunds will be given if cancellation is less than 24hrs before event begins.
