Reimagining Prenatal Care in Michigan: The Centering Model

Centering Healthcare Institute (CHI), a 25-year old 501(c)(3) national nonprofit organization invites you to attend our event on Thursday, September 17, Reimagining Prenatal Care in Michigan: The Centering Model, at the Lansing Center Room 201-202 (see map below). The event is taking place from 8:30 – 10:45 a.m. ET.
This event is intended for policymakers, healthcare organizations and the media to learn about the Centering group model of care and how Michigan has become a national leader in implementing the CenteringPregnancy® model to improve the prenatal care experience and outcomes.
Michigan has the second most licensed Centering sites in the nation, only behind California. This event is an opportunity to:
· Learn about this transformative care model
· Hear directly from patients and providers who have experienced CenteringPregnancy
· Hear from elected Michigan policymakers
· See a live demo of the model
The event will include a continental breakfast. It also will be livestreamed and available to the public.
Registration is required for in-person attendance. The registration deadline for in-person attendance is Wednesday, September 9.
