Join me for a Weekly Reiki Workshop (every Friday) designed to help you release stress, calm your mind, and reconnect with your inner peace. During this 4-hour window, you’ll receive a private 30-minute Reiki session, a deeply relaxing energy treatment that many say helps them sleep better, feel lighter, and regain emotional balance. Each session includes a gentle briefing and debriefing, where you can share how you felt and receive intuitive feedback about areas that may need more attention. The workshop will take place at Midleton Yoga Center on Friday, 4th April from 4 PM – 8 PM, and the cost is €10 per person, with a €4 deposit via Stripe to reserve your slot (balance of €6 payable on the day). Only 5 spaces available (first-come first-served) – book early before they’re gone! Whether you’re dealing with stress, sleep issues, or just want to feel more grounded, this is a gentle and supportive space to reset. 💆♂️💫
