Charity Fundraiser in Aid of A Lust for Life

Join us for a morning of connection, mindful movement, and energizing breathwork, all in support of A Lust for Life, a charity dedicated to educating and empowering the young people of Ireland on mental health.

This special event will feature a calming Pilates session designed to promote mindful movement, followed by an energizing breathwork practice to help you feel revitalized and centered. The goal is to create a space where we can come together to nurture both our bodies and minds, while supporting a cause close to our hearts.

All proceeds from this event will be donated directly to A Lust for Life, helping them continue their vital work in promoting mental health awareness and providing resources to young people across Ireland.
