Join us for an evening of deep relaxation, and gentle alignment. This experience is centered around the crown energy center, often associated with clarity, trust, and a sense of connection beyond the thinking mind.
Our intention is to create a supportive space for you to reconnect with your higher self, inner wisdom, and your own personal sense of the Divine—whatever that means to you. This experience is open and welcoming to all, with no specific beliefs required.
Held inside Village Root Head Spa, a beautiful historic brick mansion, this experience will take place in our peaceful 3rd-floor loft.
Please note: there is no elevator, and guests must be comfortable walking up stairs.
Seating & Comfort
Settle into the space with the option that feels best for you:

✨ Or bring your own yoga mat for grounding on the floor
Blankets will be available. You’re also welcome to bring anything that supports your comfort—journal, pillow, warm layers, or your favorite mat.

Soothing sound frequencies create a calming, spacious atmosphere while gentle Reiki may be offered through soft, intentional hand placements at the head and shoulders. This supportive touch is intended to encourage relaxation, mental clarity, and a sense of trust and connection.
📝 Reflection & Integration (Optional)
We’ll close with quiet time for reflection. You’re welcome to journal, sit in stillness, or share your experience if you feel called.
