New Year, New Nervous System

We will meet every Saturday starting January at 10 am.

Our groups are facilitated by a combination of credentialed providers and trained life coaches, and focus on helping participants rewire their nervous system and build practical tools for everyday resilience.

*** IMPORTANT *** To have your attendance partially or FREE through insurance, fill out BEFORE attending.

Each Session may include:

• Guided breathing and grounding techniques
• Sound bowl healing
• Gentle stretching and somatic regulation practices
• Positive affirmations and mindset work
• Trauma-informed discussion and reflection
• Energy-based practices to support emotional and physical healing
• You may attend one group or multiple groups, depending on your needs and interests. Groups are supportive, structured, and designed to meet you where you are—no prior experience required.

Insurance Coverage
Many of these services may be covered by insurance, and all Medicaid plans are accepted. Coverage varies by individual plan, so we encourage you to contact us directly to verify benefits and discuss which groups may be the best fit for you.
