Join us for an evening using an ancient hands-on healing technique, Reiki’s therapeutic touch, to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to their natural state. This alternative therapy is used to help a variety of mental, emotional and physical challenges such as insomnia, stress, depression, anxiety, and acute or chronic physical pain.

Discover a deep relaxation while being bathed in the vibrations of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, ocean drum, chimes, and gong. Pure tones and frequencies uniquely penetrate our energetic field helping to reestablish balance and harmony at a vibrational and energetic level. The combination of sound, breathwork, and restorative Reiki can strengthen one’s meditative experience.
