Hagerfest Music & Art Festival is taking over Downtown Hagerstown for a full day of music, art, and nonstop creative energy along the Cultural Trail.This immersive, citywide festival celebrates ALL forms of creativity—bringing together live performances, large-scale murals, interactive art, and unique experiences that transform our streets into a vibrant arts destination.

🎤 Live music throughout the day, featuring regional talent and headliner The Reagan Years (6–8PM at University Plaza)
🎨 National Mural Awards with artists painting live across the Arts & Entertainment District
