Join us for a tranquil evening of relaxation, restoration, and rejuvenation as we blend the soothing practice of Restorative Yoga with the gentle, healing energy of Reiki.
You’ll be guided through supported yoga postures designed to quiet the mind and release physical tension, while Reiki practitioners offer hands-on energy healing to each participant. This unique combination supports deep rest, energetic balance, and emotional ease.
Reiki is a subtle healing technique that promotes balance within the body’s energy system, while Restorative Yoga encourages the body and mind to let go by holding poses for extended periods in a calm, supportive environment.
No experience is necessary—simply come as you are and receive.
Participation is open to 6 participants. Preregistration and prepayment are required to reserve your spot. A minimum of 3 participants is needed for the experience to run.
