This is more than just a meditation class; it is a sensory immersion designed to help you reclaim your inner sanctuary using the natural world as your backdrop. Set on a beautiful hobby farm surrounded by wildflowers, this experience offers a literal and figurative "pause point" from a world that often feels like it is imploding.
The "Field": Nature as Your Mirror
In the middle of the country, away from the "continuous distraction of wanting to be more and do more," we use the environment to engage all your senses. Here, nature isn't just scenery, it’s a foundational tool for observational awareness. You will learn to watch your thoughts move as naturally as the wind through the wildflowers or "writing in the sand," practicing how to witness your emotions without being defined by them.
The "Frequency": Tuning into Stillness
While the field provides the space, the frequency tools provide the path to deeper resonance. To help your brain loosen its grip and release the tension of daily life, we incorporate high-vibration sound tools:
Crystal Singing Bowls: To deepen your observational awareness and settle your thoughts.
The Pyramid & Wave Drum: Unique frequencies that allow you to "soften into the emotions" and feel supported in your stillness.

This class follows a flow that debunks the myth that you need a "blank brain" to meditate:
The Check-In: A gentle start where we practice non-judgment, simply noticing how we show up.
3 Micro-Practices: Rapid-fire tools like the 2-minute brain dump to clear mental noise and the 2-minute thank-you to shift your inner landscape. 2 minute thought visualization
Guided Breath & Somatic Integration: Each week, you’ll learn a new "big tool",like a mudra or a self-holding technique, specifically chosen so you can take the "frequency" of the farm home with you to manage stress in real-time.

Park on the house side of the driveway before the house- you will see a white ford fusion and also a sign for meditation class

Location: Brown Road Farm (The country setting offers ample opportunity to tune in).
Investment: $15 per session Part of unlimited class pass
What to Bring: To be fully present in the elements, please bring (if you desire) bug spray, sunscreen, an eyemask, a headrest/pillow, and blankets or a yoga mat to lay on
