Reiki One with Adrienne Smith, RMTA 4-week Course at the Peace of Mind Center
Tuesdays, 6-8pm: Jan. 7, 14, 21, & 28
Saturdays, 9:30-11:30am, Jan 11, 18, 25 & Feb 1
Through the practice of Reiki, we connect with Divine Life Force Energy, and through this gentle, yet profound healing modality, we are supported physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
Reiki can bring balance and harmony into our lives and our bodies, help to strengthen our connections, and bring healing to the wounds we carry ~ energetically and physically, individually and collectively.
And it is a catalyst of Change & Growth.
This four-class series, taught by Reiki Master-Teacher, Adrienne Smith, is a combination of lecture, discussion and hands-on practice, culminating with an attunement to Reiki Level 1 .
At the end of the course, students will have learned how to do a complete Reiki session, for the self and for others. They will have an understanding of the history of Reiki and its philosophy. They will have become familiar with the Chakra System and received instruction on meditation techniques for grounding and connecting with intuition.
Students will have access to a private Reiki 1 class Facebook page where they can engage in discussion between classes if they wish.
They will also be able to download PDFs, class hand-outs,
and other supportive reading material.
