Mid-Day Sound BathSat. Dec. 28th, 3:15-4:00pm. Please arrive by 3pm to settle into the space.
Event fee: $25. Pre-register with payment no later than the day before the event to receive $5 off
It’s a break to rejuvenate!
Join us for a beautiful 45-minute break of deep relaxation as we connect with the breath and let go of stress, dissolving into the healing tones of singing bowls, the chime of a singing crystal pyramid, and deep reverberations of a Chao gong.
Yoga mats, pillows and blankets will be provided. You may wish to bring an additional pillow or blanket for extra yummy comfort.
* Due to spacing needs, this event is limited to 6 spots *
*This event will be held upstairs at the Peace of Mind Center in the Reiki/Sound Healing Room.
