Reiki on the Lake - Guided Meditation, Reiki, & Sound Healing

Float into a deeper state of relaxation on the shores of Lake Monroe this June, July, and August with a guided meditation, reiki and sound healing lead by reiki master Amie Crites.

When: Sundays 6:30pm-8pm (Golden Hours - Sunset) weather permitting

Feel the tension and stress melt away as you relax and reset, mind, body, heart and soul with the current of the water and sounds of nature.

Each session is limited to 10 people to optimize the experience.

Twin size air mattresses are provided for you to float on.

You’ll be safely anchored on the shore of Lake Monroe located at Cutright State Recreation next to Two Herons Marina.

Be prepared to get wet as you enter and exit the water and dress appropriately to your level of comfort.

You may want to bring: a towel, a change of clothes, water, and a wet bag to hold your items if you don’t leave them locked in your vehicle.

Things to know: There is a public bathroom next to the Marina that is a port-o-potty. There is free parking next to the Marina.
