A One‑Day Course with Attunement, and Ongoing Support
If you’ve been feeling drawn to Reiki - curious, intrigued, or simply sensing that it might be the next step on your healing or spiritual path, this course is your doorway in.

What Reiki is and where it comes from
The Five Reiki Principles and how to live them
Auras, chakras, and the energetic body
How to prepare for your Reiki attunement
What Reiki energy feels like and how to recognise it
The 21‑day cleansing process
How to practise self‑healing safely and confidently
How Reiki blends with other therapies
Your personal Reiki lineage
