Reiki One Practitioner Course Usui Reiki & Energy Medicine Fundamentals

All classes will be offered Tuesday evenings from 5:30pm to 8:30pm (03/03 - 03/10 - 03/17 - 03/24 - 03/31) Participants can join in person or virtually.
This is a five week in depth practitioner course focused on Usui Reiki and the foundations of energy medicine. This offering is designed for those who feel a genuine call to learn, grow, and deepen their relationship with healing energy through a traditional and embodied approach.
Taught by Master Reiki Practitioner and Teacher Alyssa Gutierrez, this course draws from nearly two decades of experience as an energy medicine practitioner and over ten years of teaching. Alyssa’s approach is rooted in integrity, lineage, and lived practice, offering students a solid and meaningful foundation in Reiki rather than a rushed or surface level certification.
Throughout the five weeks, students will learn what Usui Reiki truly is, how to work with life force energy, and how to cultivate a strong personal practice. The course includes both Japanese Reiki and Grecian Energy Medicine self healing techniques, an understanding of the energy centers of the body, energetic awareness, and foundational principles of energy medicine. Students are encouraged to develop sensitivity, presence, and confidence in working with energy in both personal and practitioner settings.
This course is intentionally structured over five weeks to allow time for integration, reflection, and embodiment. Students are given space to go home, practice, process, and return to class with deeper awareness and questions. This creates a more authentic and lasting understanding of Reiki and energetic work.
This offering is not for those seeking a one day training or an easy certification... It is for those who feel called to commit to the path of learning, self healing, and conscious study of Reiki as a sacred and time honored practice.
Whether you are beginning your journey in energy medicine or seeking a more traditional and grounded Reiki training, this course offers a deep and supportive container for transformation and growth.

This course includes: all 5 classes and a Reiki one attunement, a course manual, training videos, meditative playlists, a supportive group-chat for daily communication and connection, and a formal certification in Reiki Level One.
