Reiki Level IThis course is ideal for those interested in energy work and how it affects us, those working toward self-healing (beginning with the physical), and anyone who wants to increase their own self awareness. Perfect for those looking to elevate their consciousness and enhance spiritual connections.
Reiki level I course objectives are:
Students will receive a Reiki Level I attunement - that opens up energy centers to increase energy flow into the body.
Learn about the history and the tradition of this healing system, including an overview of all four levels of Reiki.
Practice basic energy exercises - grounding and centering techniques, following intuition and sensing energy with your hands.
Practice techniques for self-healing sessions and working with others, including hands-on demonstrations and practice.
