First thing's first: What's Reiki?
Reiki is a Japanese technique founded in the intention of sharing life force energy (The frequency of Love) for the highest good. It includes many benefits including stress reduction, relaxation, and promotes healing. As a Reiki Master and teacher, my intention is not just to teach you a technique, but to help you reconnect with the innate intelligence and powerful healer that already resides within you. In this class, we learn to practice from the heart and with deep, coherent intention.
Reiki is not a religion, there is no hierarchy, and there is no dogma attached to it.
Reiki is not dependent on intellectual capacity or spiritual development. It’s available to everyone. In its last century of being taught formally, thousands of people of all ages and backgrounds have enjoyed its benefits.

Class Details:
Class Includes a two-day Reiki workshop for Level I (9/5 and 9/6), and two-day Reiki workshop for Level II (10/3 and 10/4) full syllabus and manual for the level you sign up for, as well as a goodie bag full of essentials to practice Reiki (And some other supportive tools for smudging, clearing, etc.). All materials are covered in the cost of the class. The final day of class includes a free 60-minute sound bath by Kaila.
By signing up for this event, your ticket covers tuition for all 4 days, 9/5, 9/6, 10/3, and 10/4. Class schedule is as follows:

Parking:
There is a parking lot to the east side of the center. During peak hours, it can get tricky, so please plan for a few extra minutes to park and walk if needed. There are parking lots around the area that you can use.
What to bring:
Just yourself, water, and a notebook or journal to take notes in. Bolsters, blankets, and seats for comfort will be provided. If you have any sacred items that you'd like to bring to be charged at the altar (Statues/Murtis, Crystals, Malas, etc.) please feel free to bring them.
About Kaila:
I'm Kaila Hall, the founder of Freqs of Love, a holistic wellness practice in Seattle, WA. I am a certified Reiki Master, sound practitioner, intuitive healer, creative spirit, and former corporate dweller turned energy worker and space holder.
For years, I lived in the rhythm of overextending, poor boundaries, and burnout: long hours, high pressure, and little space to feel. I thought I was doing everything right on the outside, but I felt completely disconnected from my inner world.
I found Reiki and Sound Healing at the right time. I remembered something through this work that I had entirely forgotten: my healing doesn’t come from fixing, chasing, or avoiding: it comes through inner connection and deepening my compassion. I've found my spark again in softening, being present, and letting myself be seen.
Today, I hold space for others on their own return. For the givers who forget to receive, for the caregivers, the busy minds, and the curious.
I believe deeply in the body’s innate intelligence and the truth that to see the light, there must be darkness. And in both, we are whole: As above, so below.
