Reiki Level 1 Training provides essential foundational knowledge for those new to Reiki healing. In this introductory training, you’ll learn about the history of Reiki, its guiding principles, and the human energy system, including the chakras.Participants will receive a hands-on Reiki attunement from a Reiki Master and be guided through practical techniques for self-healing and offering Reiki to others. The training also includes energy-clearing practices and gentle meditation techniques to help you deepen your connection to Reiki and support your ongoing practice.
