Learning Reiki is one of the most profoundly transforming things you can do for yourself and other.
Reiki has the ability to accelerate and compliment positive change in all areas of life. Improving health, wellbeing, self-esteem, confidence, inner peace and so much more!
Anyone can practice and apply Reiki
Reiki is available to anyone willing to try and is simple and easy to learn.
Reiki is a safe, non-invasive technique which can be used to treat physical mental and emotional imbalance in the body
Reiki stimulates the body’s natural ability to heal itself, relieve pain, promote wellbeing leave you feeling deeply relaxed, rejuvenated, and balanced.
Reiki level 1 opens and clears your own energy channels, allowing energy to flow free and tunes the healer to a higher vibration/frequency.
After your first attunement this channel remains open and the energy readily available for the rest of your life.
Level 1 focuses on self-healing and integrating the Reiki philosophy.
