Unbound & Unleashed — Same-Sex Teams of 3Unbound & Unleashed returns in 2026 — bringing the energy with same-sex teams of three taking on a full day of high-intensity workouts, teamwork, and community spirit.
But this isn’t just another fitness competition.
This is a Not-for-Profit charity event delivered by Unbound Thrive Ltd, where every rep, every cheer, and every moment on the floor helps fund early-intervention health and wellness programs for youth, seniors, veterans, and the wider community.
Expect an electric atmosphere, challenging workouts, and an event where your effort creates real impact beyond the leaderboard.
Divisions
We’ve structured the event to ensure every athlete has a place to throw down:
Elite / Rx – For high-level athletes chasing serious competition
Intermediate – For solid all-rounders ready to push
Masters 35+ – For experienced athletes with grit and longevity
Foundations – For newer competitors stepping onto the floor with confidence
