The 5 Reiki Principles.
Self-healing hand positions.
Hand positions and seated Reiki.
Contra-indications.
The Law of Vibration and how Reiki works.
How to incorporate Reiki into your daily life.
The Hatsurei Ho meditation technique.
How to use Reiki on yourself, family and friends.
You will:
Receive 3 attunements.
Take part in meditation and self-reflection.
Have plenty of time for Reiki share and practice.
Receive a comprehensive handbook and certificate.
Meet like-minded people and make new friends.
Receive ongoing support and access to regular Reiki share groups.
£200 per person.
