Come and join me for a blissful evening of relaxation and tranquil sounds provided by a Reiki Infused Sound Bath Mediation.
Dim the lights, snuggle down and get ready to enjoy an opulent hour of calm & tranquillity. - Reset, refocus & rebalance.
This holistic healing session blends the gentle, energetic touch of Reiki with the immersive, vibrational therapy of a sound bath.
“Reiki-infused” means Reiki energy is channelled into the space, enhancing the overall healing effects of the meditation. This infusion aims to amplify relaxation, promotes emotional and physical healing, and deepens the sense of peace and well-being.

🤔Do I need to bring anything?
ALL EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED - mats, bolsters, pillows, lavender infused eye pillows & blankets.
(If you prefer to use your own, you are more than welcome to bring!) Comfy, cosy clothes is all that you need!
🤔What will I experience?
Heal, relax, and transform with the power of sound and reiki to align your mind, body, and spirit and return to your original blue-print of wellness.
Participants are invited to relax in a comfortable, meditative space as they are enveloped by the restorative sounds produced by Alchemy crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, Gongs, Tuning Forks, Koshi Chimes, Ocean Drum and other magical instruments, bringing you to a state of blissful relaxation, balance and a true sense of calm.
These healing instruments create frequencies and vibrations that produce beneficial changes in the body by harmonising the cells and brain waves and balancing the chakras and energy systems.
Sound has a great influence on our emotional, physical and mental health and is a great escape from the modern stresses of life, removing any blockages and helping us to leave feeling happy, energised, more focused and relaxed.
