This intimate gathering will open with a grounding tea ceremony followed by a reiki-infused sound bath—a healing experience that combines the vibrational medicine of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments with the gentle power of hands-on and energetic reiki healing. This fusion allows for profound relaxation, nervous system reset, and emotional release.

After the sound journey, we’ll move into a women’s circle—a safe and sacred space to share, reflect, and reconnect with your inner wisdom. Through guided prompts and intuitive dialogue, you’ll be invited to explore your heart’s truth in the company of compassionate, like-minded women.

✨ About Your Hosts:

Jessa Frances is a trauma-informed yoga teacher, holistic life coach, and founder of The Caim Circle. She guides women through shadow work, somatic practices, and spiritual ritual to awaken their truth and reclaim their power.

Gemarie is a Reiki practitioner and intuitive healer who blends energy medicine, sound healing, and sacred space holding to support emotional healing and energetic balance.

✨ What is a Sound Bath?A sound bath is a meditative healing experience where you’re “bathed” in sound waves produced by instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, and drums. These vibrations help calm the nervous system, release tension, and promote deep relaxation and emotional clarity.
