🌸 Welcome Circle + Intention Setting - We’ll open our time together with a grounding circle to land, connect, and set intentions for how you want to show up — for yourself and your life.

🖋️ Deep-Dive Workshop + Journaling Activation -

You’ll be guided through my signature workshop, Own Your Thoughts, Own Your Life — a holistic experience to help you uncover and reframe the thought patterns running your life. Powerful journal prompts will lead you into clarity, choice, and conscious creation.

🌬️ Breathwork + Somatic Release -

Drop from your head into your body with a guided breathwork and movement journey to release stuck energy, regulate your nervous system, and embody the shifts you’re calling in.

🥥 Light Snacks + Refreshments -

Nourish your body and connect with community as we take a short, mindful break.

🦋 Butterfly Pea Tea Ceremony + Oracle Card Pull -

We’ll close our gathering with a symbolic butterfly pea flower tea ceremony to honor transformation, followed by an oracle card pull to guide your integration and next steps.

🌅 Optional Sunset Gathering at Dolphin Cove ( a1 hour drive away)
