Offered in our lower ground floor treatment room, this Reiki treatment is approximately 50 minutes or a taster session of 30 minutes. It aims to bring balance and harmony to your energy system.

The energy is channelled through the Reiki practitioner (Yvonne), who lightly places her hands on or just above certain points of your body. The energy empowers you to heal yourself on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

Yvonne is an experienced Reiki practitioner, a member of the UK Reiki federation and offers a gentle, supportive approach to her treatments.
