This Reiki Level 1 class is a gentle introduction to working with Reiki energy for your own well-being. We begin with a guided meditation to help you arrive in a calm, centered space and open to the flow of Reiki. From there, you’ll be supported inconnecting with Reiki anytime you choose to nurture yourself, release stress and pain, and create balance in mind, body, emotions and spirit.
In this training, you will:
*Receive the Reiki 1 attunement
*Receive the Reiki 1 for Self-Care manual
*Review the manual for understanding Reiki and how it works
*Explore ways to bring Reiki into your daily life as a source of comfort and support.
This class is for anyone who is ready to care for themselves in a deeper, more intentional way and wants to use Reiki for self-care and loved ones only. No prior experience is needed.
