You will be guided through a peaceful mediation, followed by experiencing a blissful Reiki session where Carly will go around the room working with each participant individually. Following that, Carly will immerse the group in a sound-bath to end the session. We will end the workshop with an intention setting exercise and a sharing circle.
Reiki is a form of energy healing that brings a sense of peace, clarity, and light to the physical, emotional, and spiritual body. Originating from Japan, the word Reiki is translated to “Universal Life Force Energy”. Everybody has the ability to channel this energy, as it is all around us and essentially IS us! Simply put, Reiki is a meaningful experience between people who come together with a shared intention to heal and bring forth positive, loving energy.
This workshop is open to anyone. You do not need experience with Reiki Energy healing to participate. Join Carly as she guides you through this beautiful healing exchange!
