Reiki Energy Healing & Manifestation | Level 1 Course | Co. Louth

Join me, Olivia, for a Reiki Level 1 course where you will receive a Reiki attunmenent so that you can use this healing energy for yourself and others.

This Reiki course is for complete beginners or anyone wishing to deepen their knowledge and practice of reiki. Everyone is welcome, everyone can become attuned to reiki.

Every reiki teacher and practitioner is different. I teach these courses with plenty of lightness, laughter and connection as a group. And share lots of practical tools and ways to use reiki in your life. You will also experience a beautiful Cacao Ceremony, where we will drop into our hearts and connect to the reiki energy more deeply.

Introduction to Reiki: Explore the history, principles, and philosophy of Reiki.

Understanding Energy: Learn about energy, the chakras, meridians and the human energy field.

Reiki Attunement: You will receive a sacred attunement to open your channels to Reiki energy.

Practicing Reiki: Learn how to do a Reiki treatment on yourself and others. In the course there will be plenty of time to practice giving and receiving reiki.

Reiki + Manifestation: this is about using your mind and energy to consciously create things in your life. Learning how to work with energy and practice Reiki massively accelerates this process. And I have countless examples of my own and other students that I share in this course to inspire you.

How to protect your energy: You will learn all the different ways to use reiki in your life, as well as techniques for grounding, cleansing your energy and cleansing the energy in your environment.

Reiki Level 1 is all about how to AMPLIFY & ENHANCE things in your life.

Location: Zenergy Yoga Studio, Main St, Blackrock, Co. Louth. It’s right across from the beach where we will break for lunch 🌊

Exchange: €250 - you can either pay in full straight away (eventrbite) or secure your place deposit of €50 and the balance two weeks before (website link below). This includes the Cacao Ceremony, your certification, a manual and take home gift.
