Reiki
Led by certified Reiki Level I & II practitioner Stacy, this offering provides a welcoming environment to slow down, reset, and explore a holistic approach to wellness. Whether you're new to Reiki or have experienced it before, all are welcome.
Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and bring an open mind. This session is an opportunity to pause, recharge, and support your recovery and wellness journey in a safe, supportive community setting.
Stacy discovered Reiki during a challenging period when her physical and mental health were declining and she knew something needed to change. Through her own healing journey, Reiki helped transform her relationship with her mind and body, and she is passionate about sharing that experience with others. She strives to create a calm, supportive space where participants can relax, reconnect with themselves, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
Children (anyone under 18) are welcome at designated events with parent/guardian supervision.
