Yoga of 12-Step Recovery also called Y12SR is back at ROCovery!
Y12SR will start with a 12-Step meeting with readings and opportunity to share and then is followed by a yoga practice and flow. Connecting mind, body, and spirit in the recovery journey.
This event is for individuals who are 18 years or older.
