About this Event
Women's Mental Health Awareness Conference
Refugees Helping Refugees warmly invites you to join us for our Women’s Mental Health Conference!
This community-centered event will bring together mental health professionals, advocates, community leaders, wellness organizations, and community members for a meaningful day of learning, connection, and empowerment. Through inspiring speakers, panel discussions, live performances, and resource sharing, we will explore important topics such as mental wellness, trauma-informed support, and culturally responsive mental health resources.
Together, we aim to reduce stigma, promote healing, and strengthen support systems for women from diverse backgrounds. We hope you will join us in creating a safe, uplifting, and impactful experience that advances mental health awareness and community well-being.
We look forward to seeing you there!
