Join Heather and Holly in the studio for our Reiki Circle - also known as a Reiki share or exchange, is a gathering of like-minded people who participate in group healing. At Reiki Circles we gather each month to give and receive Reiki, to practice, support, and learn from each other.In these shares, we will learn various Reiki techniques, different ways to use our Reiki to help ease our own stress, and the suffering of others and meditate to be open to the educational and healing gifts of the Circle. Reiki is an energy healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety through gentle touch.
As always, all are invited regardless of experience with Reiki
