In almost every culture a circle is held as sacred. Energy moves in from the universe, circulates and flows from one person to another.A Reiki Circle is a group gathering where participants come together to share and receive Reiki energy in a supportive, collective environment. Reiki is a form of energy healing that involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the hands of a practitioner, promoting balance, relaxation, and healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.
In a Reiki Circle, individuals typically sit or lie down while Reiki practitioner(s) move around the group, gently placing hands on or near each person’s body. The circle is a safe space to be interactive. Participants may take turns giving and/or receiving Reiki. You do not have to be a Reiki practitioner to participate as the circle is open to everyone.
Healing circles offer a unique opportunity to experience how the collective energy of the group amplifies the healing process! Our circles will vary from month to month, but will always begin with a simple practice such as a short meditation, pranayama (calm breathing), yoga poses, and other forms of centering to calm the nervous system and open the body/mind to receive the healing.
Circles will be led by:
Alice Agostini- Reiki Master, LCSW, C.Ht
Lupita Alvarez- Reiki Master, Systemic Coach
Samantha Buser- Reiki Practitioner, 500 Hr Yoga Instr.
Suggested Donations are $25 at registration or the appropriate cash energy exchange for you once you arrive. PLEASE REGISTER AHEAD! **We ask that you let us know promptly if you cannot attend since spots are limited.
