As you move through each posture with mindful breath and intention, you’ll begin to feel layers of stress melt away. Expect a growing sense of peace, grounding, and inner spaciousness—like coming home to yourself!
To deepen this sensory experience, we’ll integrate the healing power of essential oils. After the practice, you’ll be guided in creating your own personalized essential oil roller blend—a small but powerful reminder of the calm and clarity you’ve cultivated. You’ll take this blend home with you, carrying the essence of your practice into your everyday life.
Adrienne Lebron has been practicing yoga throughout the last 25 years and teaching for 8 years. She is a certified Yoga Works teacher and a certified Asana Alphabet children's teacher. She owns Sketch-n- Stretch, a children's business that incorporates yoga and art. She excels in bringing the gifts of yoga and the beauty of art together for a soulfully healing experience.
