Join us for a transformative 90-minute Reiki Healing Circle this December 28th from 1- 2:30pm to support your journey toward emotional balance, inner peace, and alignment with your deepest intentions. This is an opportunity to reset, clear stagnant energy, and reconnect to your heart’s wisdom.

Reiki is a Tibetan healing modality that channels universal life force energy through gentle hands-on or hands-above-the-body techniques. Reiki is deeply supportive in promoting clarity, compassion, self-love, and acceptance, creating space for healing in both your mind and body. It has been known to improve relationships with yourself and others, helping to clear emotional blockages and uplift your mood.

During this healing circle, we will incorporate a few Yin yoga movements to support fascia tissue and focus on the heart meridian. These movements, combined with acupressure postures, will prepare the mind and body for deeper states of stillness and connection, setting the foundation for the Reiki healing that follows. The Reiki portion of the circle will guide you into profound relaxation, bringing grounding and centering to your body, heart, and spirit
