At Carve Your Own Path, we believe that "humanity is the new grabber" and that true wellness requires space for the nervous system to recalibrate. Join us for a 2-hour immersive workshop designed to soften the body and restore your energy through a blend of clinical grounding and ancient ritual.

What to Expect:

• Grounding Tea Ceremony: A mindful ritual to bring you back to the present moment.
• Guided Meditation & Rest: A comfortable, safe space to let go of physical and mental tension.
• Energy Balancing: Individualized Reiki energy and optional chakra readings if it resonates with your journey.
• Intuitive Reflection: Oracle card pulling and space for journaling (feel free to bring your own!).
