FREE Community Tai Chi & Qigong Class

To celebrate World Tai Chi & Qigong Day (WTCQD), join us for a FREE Tai Chi & Qigong class on Saturday, April 25, 2026 from 9:30-11:00 a.m. at the Fairlawn Kiwanis Community Center (3486 S. Smith Road). The class—open to all ages and levels of physical ability, including those who have never practiced before—is the perfect opportunity to learn the practices’ foundational breathing and movement patterns in a low-pressure, inclusive group environment. No registration required!
