Reiki & Relaxation

An Evening of Reiki & Relaxation Midweek rest for body and mind

This gentle evening session is designed to help you unwind, settle your nervous system, and receive Reiki healing energy while you rest comfortably lying down.

There’s no pressure to do anything, share anything, or have any experience in particular, this is simply time for you to be supported.

You’ll be guided into a relaxing meditation before a period of quiet rest, where Reiki is offered to the group. During this time relaxing music will be played and I will gently bring you back once the meditation has ended.

Afterward, there will be the option to share experiences if you wish, or you can simply enjoy a few quiet moments before heading home.

No experience with Reiki or meditation is needed. Come as you are; tired, busy, curious, or just in need of a calm evening.

✨ Please bring a notepad/journal if you wish to write down your experiences after the session (there will be spare pens/paper).

✨️ You do not need to bring anything with you, unless you wish to do so. There are blankets, mats and boosters provided.

✨️ We will be downstairs in the Snug and the door will be locked at 7:40pm - No entry is permitted after this time.

✨️ There is space for changing and toilets available at the Studio also.
