Join Katie Weber for 90 minutes of deeply therapeutic experience combining restorative yoga and reiki.Soften your physical body with restorative yoga poses using blankets, bolsters and pillows to allow your muscles to relax. This also allows any stagnant energy to release through your connective tissues.
During an extended savasana, each participant will receive individualized reiki (ray-key), a Japanese form of energy healing. This practice supports the flow of ki (or prana) in your body. Reiki promotes relaxation, reduces stress and eases the mind.
