We’re returning to one of our favorite Colorado Springs cafes: Good Neighbors Meeting House! After a run along the Shooks Run and Rock Island trails, we’ll hang out together on the patio and enjoy great coffee and brunch!
If you’re sticking around for the day, the Patty Jewett neighborhood is hosting its annual Porchfest block party with food trucks and activities.
Meet outside Good Neighbors Meeting House, in front of the Shooks Run Trail and Patty Jewett Junction Playground. (There’s plenty of street parking in front of the coffee shop and around the neighborhood.)
Our 5K route is an out-and-back that runs north on Shooks Run Trail to Rock Island Trail. These are well-traveled multi-use paths (please be courteous of cyclists and other runners/walkers) with a few street crossings in crosswalks. We’ll return to Good Neighbors to finish the 5K and enjoy plenty of coffee, brunch, and socializing!
⏰ Check-in opens at 7:15 a.m.
🏁 Fun run starts at 7:30 a.m.
☕ After the run, treat yourself to a complimentary drip coffee or iced Americano.
Your RSVP includes a 5K group run or walk from Good Neighbors Meeting House, and a complimentary drip coffee or iced Americano (with the purchase of food).
This event is family and stroller-friendly! Dogs are welcome for the run too! **Note: Dogs are not allowed inside the coffee shop; the outside patio is dog-friendly.
Fun stuff: We'll have sample goodies from Legendary Foods and a discount code for anyone signing up for the Colorado Springs Marathon!
