If you are intrigued by Reiki why don't you come along to this one day workshop? This is traditional Usui Reiki, led by Nicky who is both an Usui Master Teacher and an Angelic Reiki Master Teacher.
Reiki 1 is focused on healing yourself, friends and family whilst learning about the history, the energies and also how to channel the energy.
