Reiki 1: ARE YOU READY TO EMBARK ON A SACRED SPIRITUAL PRACTICE AND TAKE YOUR FIRST STEP TO BECOMING A REIKI ENERGY HEALER?
This comprehensive training provides an introduction to the spiritual healing experience of energy and channelling the Universal Lifeforce to provide Reiki treatments to your friends and family as well as yourself.
COURSE FORMAT :
After completing your online based theory based learning, you will attend our holistic centre for your practical training and attunement ceremony which will be provided in a small group setting.
This will be followed by a further one- to-one assessment meeting approximately 21 days later. On successful completion of assessment you will be presented with your certification.
The sessions will be informal with plenty of opportunities for sharing and discussion.

COURSE ASSESSMENT :
You will be required to complete various assessment activities including meditation practices, journaling and case studies.
COURSE FACILITATOR :
The course facilitator Tracey Fusco is director and founder of Essentia Holistic Health. She is a qualified teacher and Reiki Master with extensive experience of energy work.
COURSE PROGRESSION :
After successful completion of the course you may wish to deepen your Reiki journey and advance to Reiki level 2 which enables you to provide Reiki treatments as a professional practitioner to the general public. Please note there must be a period of no less than 3 months between completing Reiki 1 and Reiki 2.
COURSE INVESTMENT : £200
PAYMENT:
£50 deposit is payable at the time if booking in order to secure your place. Upon receipt of the remaining balance you will be provided with your own personal log in details to access the online training materials. This should be no later than21 days prior to the practical training day.
