A little collaboration between Marloes QG/HQ and Breathwork for Life, bringing creativity, gentle breathing and Reiki exploration together!
School, friendships, homework… children experience stress and big feelings too. This workshop offers meaningful time together while exploring simple everyday self-care tools.
Join Marloes, Reiki Master & BWP, for gentle breathing, grounding, creative activities and self-Reiki practice. Together, we’ll explore how to:
🌬️ Pause before reacting.
💛 Notice signs of tension and frustration.
👐 Practise calming routines.
🌱 Recognise when to take a break or ask for support.
🤝 Continue practising together at home.
📖 Each child receives a Reiki activity workbook and Reiki 1 certificate.
📜 Parents receive a certificate of participation.
✨ Optional Reiki attunement for the parent only: +$50.
