About this Event

Join us for the 13th edition of Reignite as we explore the cutting-edge technologies driving the UK's creative industries. Hear from York & North Yorkshire based XR Stories, Production Park, and CoStar LiveLab on their contributions to immersive storytelling, world-class tour rehearsals, and R&D labs, and discover the infrastructure and innovators putting our region on the map.

The event starts at 6pm at City Screen Picturehouse. Presentations will be followed by a curated screening of BAFTA-nominated short films from the Aesthetica Film Festival, followed by networking, drinks, and a live DJ.

Lineup

XR Stories: Pushing the boundaries of immersive storytelling. Learn how they support creatives working in extended reality (XR) and next-gen media to transform how audiences engage with narratives.
Production Park: The UK’s largest independent production facility. From hosting rehearsals for Kasabian and live recordings of The Voice to bringing shows like Adolescence to life, they are the backbone of international creative projects.
CoStar LiveLab: Explore how this collaborative space allows creators to prototype live productions and experiment with performance technologies to develop new approaches to storytelling and performance.
