In response to the new AHA directive eliminating qualification requirements, Region 2 is making some exciting changes to our June Championship Show in beautiful Santa Barbara!
📅 NEW DATES:
The show is now June 18th-20th (previously June 17–20)
➡️ We’ve dropped the qualifying day — now a streamlined 3-DAY championship event!!!
👩⚖️ JUDGES UPDATE:
✔️ We are keeping ALL of our judges
✔️ Championship classes will still feature a 3-judge system
✔️ Working Western Trail remains 1 judge (no change)
🎓 NEW! Schooling & Feedback Opportunity:
Join us the first morning in the Dome Arena for schooling/practice classes
➡️ We are trying to make this a critiqued session as many have expressed an interest in a commentary after classes to understand what the judges are looking for.
💲LOWER COSTS:
Stalls have been reduced from $250 ➡️ $200 !!! 💰🤑
🏨 AFFORDABLE HOTELS:
We intentionally selected our show dates outside of the UCSB graduation, meaning great hotel availability and lower rates!!
