About this Event

Sirena: A Sensual Embodiment

Sirena invites you into a deeply embodied journey guided by the energía of Chalchiuhtlicue - goddess of water, lakes, rivers and the patroness of birth, fertility and life. A sacred portal into somatic healing and sexual liberation, rooted in ritual, movement, and Indigenous wisdom. Awaken the mermaid within and tend to the inner waters that birth your creative life force.

A 2 Day Experience

Opening Prayer and Circle (Day 1) - Through an intentional opening circle, we will reflect on birth and fertility as creative potential. The ways that water inspires flow, healing, connection and life.

Fabric Play & Somatic Activation (Day 2) - Using draping and fabric as a tool to awaken the body through sensation and creativity in the body. We will explore fabric play as a portal into touch, texture, and sensation. Through this light gauze fabric drapery, the body becomes an altar - each participant with a unique design out of traditional manta.

Embodiment Practice (Day 2) - Grounding into presence with visual meditations, somatic warm-ups, or sensory activation through play and water.

Movement Ritual & Water Ceremony (Day 2)- A prepared sequence accessible to all levels of dance, movement, and flexibility. The choreography is designed to evoke pleasure, eroticism, sensuality, and empowerment, leaving participants more embodied and alive. This dance will be served as an offering to the water and to the goddess.

Experience is carefully curated with the following elements:

Altar Creation - A ritual altar built in honor of Chalchihuitlicue, adorned with flowers, candles, natural objects, and sacred items.

Atmospheric Ritual Touches - Thoughtfully chosen candles, flowers, scents, and adornments that deepen the ritual container and make the space feel sacred.

Curated Playlists - Unique soundscapes designed to match the energy, theme, and flow.

Fabric Experience - Natural fiber fabrics such as silks, cottons, and linens for sensory activation and movement exploration.

Photographs - Intentional capturing of moments, allowing participants to hold a visual remembrance of their experience and transformation.

A Drink & Light Snacks - Nourishment offered to ground, soften, and support the body throughout the journey.

Integration Practices - Closing rituals or reflections to help participants carry the embodied wisdom into their daily lives.
