Seedy Saturdays are annual community events held across Canada that celebrate seed saving, gardening, and local food security. Like many other cities across Canada, Regina hosts its own Seedy Saturday on the first Saturday of March each year.The next event is happening on March 7th, 2026, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Riddell Centre at the University of Regina.
