This will be our 10th annual March 8th Brew Day! Come and brew with us! Everyone is welcome! We will be releasing the first batch (brewed earlier) of our Lilith Lager on March 8th and we will be brewing a batch of beer together.Brewed in celebration of International Women’s Day and inspired by the spirit of Lilith Fair – the groundbreaking all women 90s music festival that championed creativity, equality, and empowerment. This beer honours the folks who continue to push for progress and uplift their communities.
We will start brewing at 7am and finish around 2pm. Come and hang out with us. It is a come and go day so just arrive whenever works best for you! Come for the brew or after and have some great beer and tasty food!
This is a fun free event, and everyone is welcome if they follow the one rule: Don't be a jerk!
There will be different interactive stations set up so you can learn and experience beer in a bunch of great ways! We will have a hop sensory station set up so you can learn about hops. There will be a self-lead beer pairing kit for $4 with $2 dollars to go towards the YWCA.
Lilith Lager will exclusively be on tap at Leopold's Tavern and Victoria's Tavern starting March 8th! They have also committed to donating $1/pint in support of the YWCA Regina & YWCA Saskatoon. What a great way to support such a great cause!
We are happy to announce that, to date, we have raised over $50,000 with our past brews to support our community!
This year’s beer: Lilith Lager Modern Lager abv 4.8%
Lilith Lager is bright, crisp, and modern; bursting with notes of tropical stone fruit, citrus, and soft white – grape aromatics.
