Refuge recovery speaker jam and sound bath meditation followed by a sweet treat pot luck. Good times to bring in new intentions for the year ahead with fellowship. The event will start with three speakers, 15 min each sharing how the practice of mindfulness and meditation has benefited thier recovery practice. Following will be a 45 minute meditation with singing bowls led by seasoned practitioner Alanna Goulet. Lastly we will have time for fellowship and sweet treats reflecting on the coming year.
